I actually won a Blue Ribbon status on a recipe web page with this one, after making a few alteration to the recipe.
We went to the Chart House in Alexandria, Virginia for Jennifer's graduation dinner, when she received her Master's from George Washington University. It sits right on the Potomac River. The service, food and atmosphere were all wonderful! 2010 http://www.chart-house.com/
